If you have recorded macros, they would typically be under 'Modules->NewMacros' in an English language installation of Word.
If so, can you look under the 'Normal (Normal.dotm)' project. If so, does the Visual Basic Editor open up? What is selected in the 'Macros in' dropdown? If it's the document name, you may not see anything - you probably need to select 'All Active Templates and Documents'
Your info may show something different depending on version (and perhaps even language version), but I would expect the sizes and counts to be similar.
